CASSAVA CAKE INGREDIENTS
1 lb grated cassava
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
a drop of vanilla flavor
white sugar,according to taste
1/3 spoon flour
CASSAVA CAKE PROCEDURES
1. mix grated cassava,3/4 of coconut milk,sugar,1/2 of condensed milk and vanilla.
2. pRe-heat the oven,and set it 420 ,spray non stick spray in a baking pan
3. Pour the mixture in the baking pan,baked it for 20 minutes,meantime,mix the rest of condensed milk,coconut milk,1/3spoon of flour
4. then pour over the cassava cake and bake it again,until the top is golden brown.
5. cool a little bit,and serve,makes 4 servings.
